At IDENTISCENT, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Cairo & Giza: 3–5 business days
- Alexandria & Major Cities: 5–7 business days
- Other Governorates: 5-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier or local conditions.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Free Shipping is available on qualifying orders during selected promotions. Any active free shipping offer will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or additional shipping charges.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts or cannot reach you, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
At this time, IDENTISCENT ships within Egypt only. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
