At IDENTISCENT, we aim to make every purchase simple, transparent, and secure.
Placing an Order
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:
- You are providing accurate billing and shipping information.
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- You agree to our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS or WhatsApp.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your order (such as your shipping address or contact information), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund if payment has already been completed.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without an approved cancellation request, shipping and return shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Product Availability
While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer either:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative product, if you choose.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
IDENTISCENT reserves the right to update prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice.
